TASTING NOTE: Fresh grassiness with bell pepper, passion fruit, green fig leaves and gooseberry. The palate is concentrated and richly textured with a fresh, green finish. SERVE WITH: White meats such as lobster, pork belly and chicken with artichoke hearts and asparagus.
