Dazzling ruby red colour in the glass, with a spectrum of fruits on both the nose and palate. Juicy ripe strawberries, succulent red cherries, crunchy red apples and a touch of fresh mountain fynbos, supported by fine silky tannins.
My Christmas day wine as simply superb with roast turkey or gammon.
