Dry Chardonnay (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

The delicious fresh citrus notes so typical of the Elgin Valley Chardonnays really come to the fore in this wine. The wooding is subtle - just enough to support the fruit and add texture without masking the character of the fruit and still allowing the underlying minerality to shine through.

Fresh oysters all the way! Or enjoy as an aperitif or with beautifully grilled line fish, poultry dishes or even a heavenly piece of gorgonzola cheese.
