Gin

Juniper burst with pine forest notes and hints of lemon zest. A classic dry juniper forward, with warm spicy notes and an unexpected sweetness from the Aloe Ferox. A lingering sweet aftertaste giving way to hints of bitter smoothness.

Aloe Ferox gin pairs well with cucumber and dill sandwiches. The fresh flavours is complemented by a selection of linefish dishes. Lime & Mint sorbet is an excellent companion for this gin.
