Brandy

Musgrave Copper Black Honey is a blend of 10%20 year and 90% 5 year old all from the Van Ryns Stable. We then stir a honey that is produced by bees only in winter in a single forest in the Kafue National Park of Zambia where local communities collect the honey from the trees sustainbly. The honey is 100% certified organic and has a marmitey, savoury note which brings out the brandy's richness and already present honey notes.
