Agave/Mezcal

Sicario is a triple distilled, oak matured, Karoo Agave. The blue agave comes from a plantation in the Karoo and using pure mineral water, the true spirit of the agave is released and triple distilled. Mellowed and tamed through the artful manipulation of oak and time, the result is a smooth and mature finish. This award-winning Mezcal, should best be enjoyed in a tumbler and on the rocks. Winner of back-to-back Gold Awards in the Michelangelo International Wine and Spirits Awards (2019 & 2020).

Our award-winning premium mezcal pairs beautifully with a Ceviche dish (e.g. Tuna marinated in lime juice, pepped up with chilli, onion and coriander and served with tortillas and fresh avocado).
