A beautiful dark red wine with loads of red fruits , pepper and mint undertones.
Bold palate with chewy tannins. A good balance of wood, acidity and fruit giving this wine a good cellaring potential.
The grapes were handpicked in March 2019 The wine was in wood for 16 months with 25% of the wine in 1st fill barrels and the rest in 2nd and 3rd fills.
Best Enjoyed with rich meals, Juicy steak, pork belly.
