Dry Blanc de Noir and Rosé (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

This attractive, deep salmon-pink rosé delights with subtle aromas of strawberry, candy floss and raspberry, as well as hints of rose petals and Turkish delight. The palate is fresh and bright, with a good acidity and fruity, long finish.

This wine can be enjoyed at any occasion, on its own or with a variety of tapas, pan seared salmon, Mediterranean grilled vegetables or platters and sweet pastries.
