Dry Sauvignon Blanc (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

Pale yellow in colour with bold, tropical aromas of pear, pineapple, litchi and melon, followed by slight green undertones of asparagus and gooseberry. The palate is crisp and fresh with tropical aromas following through, while asparagus and litchi creates a long-lingering finish.

Ideally paired with lightly grilled fish dishes, crisp salads, steamed crayfish or oysters.
