Dry Blanc de Noir and Rosé (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

Colour: Salmon pink with an orange tint. Nose: Strawberry and raspberry aromas are complimented by candy floss and red cherry notes. Taste: The nose follows through and matches the creamy pallet whilst lingering delightfully in the mouth thanks to natural acidity and core of the wine.

Enjoy with a Bruschetta, layered with Ricotta, Parma ham and rocket , or serve it with a creamy pasta sauce combined with Prosciutto and asparagus.
