Pinotage

Deep red in colour with a purple rim. Raspberry, cherry and plumbs prominently take centre stage, backed by warm spices and earthy tones. The nose follows well onto the pallet, which is complimented by tight and linear tannins that allow the wine to be aged for at least 15 years. A balanced acidity aids the longevity of this full bodied and bold Pinotage.

Serve with venison or enjoy it with Madagascar green pepper corn sauce drizzled over a well matured steak.
