Pale lemon colour with youthful lime
green hues and starbright. Intense,
complex aromas of ripe citrus, lemon
blossom, pear drops, with hints of flint and
lanolin on the nose. The palate is packed
with citrus zest, pear and clear minerality.
The animated acidity is tempered with
an elegant vibrant mid palate weight and
creamy texture which leads to long finish
pleasantly echoing notes of the initial
palate. Will benefit from cellaring up to 5
years. Best served 10 – 12 ˚C.
Paring with crayfish, prawns grilled with lemon butter sauce. Also delicious with butternut soup.
