PALATE Juicy and slightly sweet with ripe blackberry and currant flavours, oak spice
and firm, but supple tannins.
Excellent with rosemary-infused lamb, petit poussin with
thyme, seared AAA rump, fillet or sirloin, or Châteaubriand.
