Dry Chardonnay (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

Colour: The wine has a beautiful light straw yellow colour Bouquet: Lime zest, orange peel and baked biscuits fill the glass. The wine opens to dried herbs, almonds, and toasted oak. Taste: On the palate the wine is smooth with subtle, composed flavours of green apple, roasted almonds, and lime. The flavours linger on the palate and the wine has at textured mouth feel with grippy tannins as the taste lingers on palate and ends with notes of soft oak.
