The St. Rhine VS Cape Brandy is matured in oak barrels for a minimum of three years resulting in a deliciously smooth brandy with a full and fruity taste and soft nutty finish on the palate.
Various mature cheeses like mature Gouda, Camembert and parmesan cheese.
All sorts of pâtés, terrines, and especially cured meats work with St. Rhine VS Cape Brandy. Also sushi, duck and mushrooms like porcini. White chocolates also work very well with the VS for an after dinner drink.
