Cape Blends >30% Pinotage (if wine contains more Shiraz than Pinotage, please enter it in Class 27)

This wine was particularly blended with three cultivars subsequently bringing layers of berries, spice and earthiness to the table. This flavours is enhanched by a very smooth and drinkable mouthfeel.

This Wine is dished with a biltong and blue cheese soup for a starter and roasted pork belly for main course.
