Drysdales Agave Spirit - Anejo is an ultra premium barrel aged product that is designed to be a sipping Agave Spirit. It is made to be sipped in a similar manner to the equivalent quality Mezcals and Tequilas from Mexico. The barrel aging has rounded and smoothed the aleady triple distilled smootheness even further and leaves a hint of the French Oak flavour combined with caramel notes that result from resting in Oak. This pairs well with spicy and Mexican food.
