Shiraz

This Shiraz has been made from grapes picked at optimum ripeness and vinified using a combination of modern and traditional techniques. This wine is full bodied with lovely rich berry fruit flavours and piquant pepper supported by tones of spicy oak gained from aging in a combination of French & American oak barrels. Rich spice, plum, ripe red fruit, piquant pepper combined with nutty flavours. This full-bodied wine combines well with most red meat dishes and cheeses.

Serve with a good dish of home cooked food. Anything off the braai, a good piece of spicy boerewors or a lusty vegetarian dish.
