Herbal/Spiced/Botanical Liqueurs

We start the elaboration by mixing superfine sugar with water. Then we add the alcohol in which we have previously diluted the essential oils of more than 9 different plants.

It is a drink considered digestive (to be consumed after meals), it combines well with citrus drinks and cola drink. It is widely used in confectionary and is also consumed with coffee.
