Elaboration:
Pacharán Navarro with more than 250 gr. of our best sloes macerated in aniseed at 29º with the method of our ancestors, slowly (more than 6 months) and at rest. The result, a ruby red 25º pacharán with a velvety flavor.
It is considered a digestive drink and pairs well with citrus drinks and chocolate (bonbons, melted, cakes, ice cream desserts, ...). Drink cold.
