Dry Chenin Blanc (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

This wine boasts a very pale, lemony colour with youthful, lime-green hues towards the meniscus. Beautiful aromas of fresh Golden Delicious apple, peach and honeysuckle on the nose follow through to the palate, along with the tiniest hints of minerality and just a touch of ginger. The wine’s crisp acidity, beautifully balanced with the fruit, leads to a lingering, creamy-yet-refreshing citrus-fruit finish.

Serve this wine with roast pork and apple sauce, or roast chicken. It will also complement freshwater trout and fish terrines.
