Intense black-cherry coloured with a youthful ruby rim, this wine offers complex aromas of rich, ripe black fruit with notes of prune, black cherry, and black currant bursting forth from the depth of the glass. Layers of spice and hints of cedarwood combine with fruit to create an unforgettable taste experience. This wine’s black fruit flavours follow through on the palate, where silky-yet-firm tannins and well-balanced acidity combine to produce a well-rounded, memorable wine. This red wine will improve with maturation of at least 8 years, but can be enjoyed immediately.

This red wine blend makes an excellent companion to roast lamb, grilled steak and will pair very well with rich oxtail dishes, especially in winter. It will also complement strong-flavoured cheeses like Pecorino or mature cheddar.
