Dry Chenin Blanc (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

This dry wine is a show stopper with a concentrated tropical nose of guava, paw-paw and melon. The well balanced pallet over delivers with a fruit salad of flavours and leaves you with a long guava aftertaste.

Complete on its own, or would be perfect with Crayfish off the braai (just lemon and salt), smoked chicken salad, or try it with grilled Snoek with freshly buttered roosterkoek and apricot jam. The wine is light and crisp to compliment the oily, salty game fish, but with enough sweet fruit to offset the savoury dish in cahoots with the apricot jam.
