Pinotage

This wine, is a blend of only the best selected Pinotage from different barrels, all made and matured in new small French oak for 18 months. The wine has well rounded ripe tannins that retain the natural flavour of Pinotage.

Serve with game birds like pheasant or quail, and also delicious with venison sausage dipped in Hoisin sauce.
