Gin

A very rich gin full of oils and a slight lingering sweetness, high notes from the Juniper and Citruses. with a warm mid palate from a medley of hand picked fynbos from agathosma imbricata to slangbos. wonderfully mixed into a gin and tonic.

Food with soul, think food from the fire. but ultimately it would pair well with almost anything depending on how you mix it or drink it.
