We produce and distil our own neutral base spirit for all our gins.
The nose is led by lighter Juniper and spicy floral nuances.
On the mid palate juniper is balanced by the sweet spiciness of pink pepper and earthy notes of cascara. Wild hibiscus adds mouthfeel and ends with a lingering peppery after taste.
Stillhouse Wild pairs well with sweet dishes and chocolate, but also with seafood.
