Cabernet Sauvignon

Our star wine aged in French oak barrels, comes from vineyards that were treated and groomed on a specially selected, westerly sloping terroir. With selective irrigation, we are able to produce the tiniest berries, filled with the sweetest juice. Adding oak staves during the initial fermentation, releases the flavours from the skin, bringing out the distinctive Cabernet character.

This flavoursome wine, with its strong fruit and Cabernet character, is best enjoyed with beef or mutton.
