At first linear with an undercurrent of seashell flintiness, then evolving to notes of the tropics, fresh pineapple, mango; a radiant intensity of fruit. Grapes are sourced from the southernmost tip of the African continent where the Atlantic and Indian Ocean meet; this area is known as the Agulhas Wine Triangle. Sea-salt on the dry finish, an echo of green herbs.
