MORE INFORMATION:
The grapes from each vineyard were individually vinified. The bulk of the wine was fermented in steel tanks at temperatures between 12-15°C and left on the lees for four months to accentuate the pronounced fruit character. A total of 10% of the wine was fermented and matured for four months on tight grain French oak staves with a medium toasting which adds complexity and subtle oak flavours without dominating the fruit. COLOUR Light straw with olive green edges. NOSE Upfront aromas of prickly pear, ripe pineapple and clementine on the nose with subtle hints of vanilla. TASTE An elegant wine with juicy, lingering citrus flavours and a subtle hint of oak on the finish. This medium-bodied wine has a fresh acidity that brings balance to the palate. ALCOHOL 13.41% RESIDUAL SUGAR 1.77/l TOTAL ACIDITY 6.69g/l PH 3.51

Enjoy chilled on its own or served with deepfried pork dishes, rich pasta dishes, roasted chicken and a selection of creamy cheeses
