Dry Sauvignon Blanc (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

It’s dry and full-flavoured with an aromatic nose of gooseberries, green figs, green apples and a touch of herbaceous notes. The pallet shows a good concentration of passionfruit and hints of melon and grapefruit with a long lingering finish.
