The Pledge Our Darling Sauvignon Blanc

Three blocks from this immaculate farm were monitored and tasted weekly prior to harvesting. Each block was picked at a ripeness level where we found the fruit aromatics were best expressed. During fermentation these three parcels expressed aromatics, that reminded me so much of the 2020 vintage. Each block was kept separate and after meticulous tasting, two of the three blocks were selected for the Our Darling Pledge Sauvignon Blanc 2022.
