Dry Sauvignon Blanc (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

This dry white wine has a complex nose of citrus, grapefruit, green apples and zesty lime acidity. Hints of typical Darling fynbos as well as the smell of sea kelp, provides a herbaceousness to the wine.
