Dry White Blends  (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower) (Specify at least the first 5 varietals in the blend in descending order)

Pale straw colour. Intense aroma of peaches, passion fruit, stewed quince with floral and citrus notes. Medium bodied wine, creamy, balanced palate with soft integrated tannins. Long lingering with a tropical fruit finish. Can mature for at least 3 to 5 years but drinks very well now.

Perfect with vegetarian dishes, asparagus quiche or Asian soup. Any seafood and chicken dishes. Will pair well with creamy gorgonzola.
