Dry Chardonnay (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

Pale lemon colour with a youthful lime green edge. Forthcoming with intense aromas of vanilla and spice, lemon zest, coconut, and honey melon. Medium bodied wine with moderate tannins, refreshing acidity and a long lingering finish that ends with a fresh lemony character. This wine can age for at least another 5 to 6 years.

Serve with any fine rich fish such as sole, grilled veal chops served with mushrooms, late summer vegetables such ass red peppers, corn, or butternut. Any soft cheese, such as Camembert, Brie of Reblochon.
