Merlot () Barrel fermented/barrel matured/wooded (staves, chips or wood rice) 2022 and older

A full bodied Merlot with dark berry fruit flavours and eucalyptus, mint and rosemary characters. A broad tannin structure. This Merlot can be matured for 10 - 15 years in the bottle.

This full bodied Merlot pairs well with a venison dish or a hearty tomato stew.
