This wine is made from hand picked grapes, gently basked pressed and barrel matured in French oak for 14 months. Deep ruby in colour this elegant wine reveals luscious aromas of dark berries and ripe plums. The palate is a rewarding mouthfull of juicy fruit and beautifully integrated tannins with a soft, lingering finish.

Delicious with rib eye steak, roast lamb or beef and poultry dishes. Will pair will with cheese or a decadent chocolate dessert.
