Dark red core with lively inviting rim. Upfront the nose expresses liquorice, blackcurrant and ripe plum with hints of mint and clove on finish. All repeats in big mouth-filling flavours and spiciness on the finish. Good fruit development and super fine tannins all give air of elegance and balance to a fairly full wine. Very attractive now but loads of potential to develop over the next five to seven years.
