Dry Chardonnay (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

Light yellow with bright gold reflections. The nose delivers lemon-lime zestiness followed by ripe pear and orange peel later on. Subtle oak has done its job but not detracted from the fruit. Smooth entry with vanilla extracts, fresh summer orange with good, structured mouth feel leads to butterscotch and rind on the finish. Overall a well balanced wine from start to finish and will reward four to five years in the bottle.
