Shiraz

A supple and generous, medium bodied, ruby red wine with notes of plum, cherry and spice. The palate is rich, but elegant, with a dry and a well-integrated tannin structure and floral notes in evidence in a delicate finish. A fine wine that will age well. Drink through 2027.

Enjoy with filet mignon, beef Carpaccio or pan-seared duck breast.
