Botrytised wine/Noble Late Harvest (>50g/l sugar)

Wine of golden colour with higher viscosity. The aroma is more intense and with tones of caramelized pears, grilled pineapple, in the background with tones of sweet spices and dried linden flowers. The taste is full, rich and opulent with tones of compote orchard fruit, meadow honey, in the background with a hint of dried herbs and citrus marmalade.
