Dry Sauvignon Blanc (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

Ripe white peaches, pineapple and green melon notes are well balanced with a crisp and fresh palate. The nose is clean and fresh with an abundance of tropical fruit aromas. Planted in a mineral rich soils, high in organic matter, the vines are happy and produces fruit that generate smiles and sunshine. It was picked in the early hours of the morning and treated reductively to preserve freshness and protect the aromatics from the very start of the process. The wine is zippy and fresh with tropical fruit aromas jumping out of the glass. Notes of melon, passion fruit and guava make this wine absolutely moreish.

Complements seafood, sushi, pasta, chicken and veal dishes.
