Spicy, cloves, perfumed violets, Karoo shrub, white pepper all lurking and poised. Intense, yet showing a silky, velvety feel. Beautiful elegance balances  fine, dry, polished tannins.

FOOD SUGGESTIONS: Biltong, rare roast beef with pepper sauce, nutty cheddar. Beef short rib on the barbecue.
