The nose offers dark cherry and plum with a bit of dried Bay Leaf. Balanced and soft entry on the palate with a complex combination of dark ripe plum, dark chocolate, and a savoury spice with light smoky notes towards a lengthy finish that begs for another taste after its delicate acidity leaves you wanting more. The wine is outstanding now and can only improve with aging for the next 3-5 years.
