Dry, medium-bodied with bright strawberries, raspberries, and red plums fruits. Subtle oak ageing in small French and American barrels. This wine presents with a soft and approachable style for early enjoyment but can benefit from cellaring.

Roast or grilled chicken with creamy garlic and mushroom sauce. Lamb chops with a tomato-based sauce and mint jelly.
