Shiraz () Barrel fermented/barrel matured/wooded (staves, chips or wood rice) 2022 and older
Three batches of Shiraz were selected. Two of the batches were
harvested in two different pickings. On one of the batches 80%
whole berry fermentation was done, to enhance the fruit and spice.
One batch matured in a Foudre, the other in combination of 300L
and 500L French Oak barrels and the third batch in 600L French
Pulled lamb bao buns.
