Dry Chardonnay (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

The nose of the wine is rich and layered with white and yellow fruits, lemon zest, pungent florals and delicate wood spice notes. Rich fruits and butterscotch on the palate are offset by bright, almost saline acidity and toasty oak. Overall the wine is rich but beautifully balanced.

Beautifully paired with sea food paella.
