WINEMAKERS TASTING NOTES A fruit-driven style of Sauvignon Blanc which portrays a melange of tropical fruit aromas and a broad palate that has lovely freshness and complexity. With a pale straw and green tinge, this wine displays fresh guava, passion fruit and gooseberries. The palate is layered with complexity and mouth coating texture, whilst still offering a fresh and mineral appeal.

Our Sauvignon Blanc will pair well with a Prawn Salad, Chicken Salad with goats cheese. Fresh green summer salads, seafood and shellfish.
