Le Courier is an intricate Chenin Blanc with apricot, peach, hints of tropical fruit and floral aromas fresh and upfront on the nose. More layers follow on the palate with soft vanilla, canned peaches and a lingering pear drop finish. Perfect on its own or accompanied by Cajun-styled chicken dishes and Mediterranean vegetable salads.
