Dry Chardonnay (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

Barrel fermented in French oak 225L barrels. Natural fermentation and 40% MLF allowed. Left on the lees for 10 months.

This Chardonnay pairs well with seafood, poultry, citrus sauces and dressings.
