Limon is not overly citrusy. The bergamot, lemon and lime notes are perfectly balanced with Juniper and gentle cardamom spice undertones to give it a soft spicy edge and distinctly “London Dry” gin-like complexity.
Limón’s clean and juniper-forward taste makes it extremely versatile. Try it with everything from Patés or Ginger Prawn toasties to Asian spring rolls, Thai curries and Mexican dishes that pack a punch... cucumber sandwiches, ceviche, or citrus-marinated fish, soft cheese (like Brie) and hard cheese (such as Manchego) or even with a blue cheese, for example Stilton.
